Configure groups

Create vehicle groups to organize your fleet into operational units for easier management and reporting.

Before you start

  • You must have an Admin role.
  • Go to Settings → Groups.

Steps

Create a group

  1. Click Add Groups.
  2. Enter a name for the group in the dialog that appears.
  3. Save the group.

Find an existing group

  1. Use the Search groups by name… field to filter the groups list.

Edit or delete a group

  1. Locate the group in the list and use the ACTIONS column to edit or remove it.

Export groups

  1. Click Export CSV to download the full groups list as a spreadsheet.

Result / verify

  • The new group appears in the groups list.
  • Vehicles or resources assigned to the group are reflected in fleet views and reports.

Troubleshooting

  • No groups found — The list is empty until you create at least one group. Click Add Groups to get started.
  • Exported CSV is empty — No groups exist yet. Create groups first, then export.
