Configure groups
Create vehicle groups to organize your fleet into operational units for easier management and reporting.Before you start
- You must have an Admin role.
- Go to Settings → Groups.
Steps
Create a group
- Click Add Groups.
- Enter a name for the group in the dialog that appears.
- Save the group.
Find an existing group
- Use the Search groups by name… field to filter the groups list.
Edit or delete a group
- Locate the group in the list and use the ACTIONS column to edit or remove it.
Export groups
- Click Export CSV to download the full groups list as a spreadsheet.
Result / verify
- The new group appears in the groups list.
- Vehicles or resources assigned to the group are reflected in fleet views and reports.
Troubleshooting
- No groups found — The list is empty until you create at least one group. Click Add Groups to get started.
- Exported CSV is empty — No groups exist yet. Create groups first, then export.
