View team attendance

Open the Attendance page to see the attendance status of every team member for a given day or across a calendar period.

Before you start

  • You need an Admin or Manager role.
  • Navigate to Attendance in the left-hand navigation (under Management).

Steps

View daily attendance

  1. Open Attendance from the navigation menu.
  2. The page opens on the Daily tab by default.
  3. The header shows today’s date. Use the Prev and Next buttons to move to a different day.
  4. At the top of the daily view, four summary counters show counts and percentages for the day:
    • Present — members marked as present.
    • Half Day — members working a partial day.
    • Leave — members on approved leave.
    • Unmarked — members with no status set yet for that day.
  5. Below the counters, the member table shows each person’s Name, Role, Status, Reason, and Actions columns.
  6. Review the status for each team member. An “UNMARKED” status means attendance has not yet been recorded for that person.

View the attendance calendar

  1. Select the Calendar tab at the top of the Attendance page.
  2. The calendar view shows attendance patterns across a month, letting you spot absences and leave trends at a glance.
  3. Navigate between months using the controls on the calendar.

Result / verify

On the Daily tab, you can see the full team attendance summary for the selected date. The member table lists every active user with their current status for that day. If all team members show “Unmarked,” attendance has not yet been recorded for the day.
