Run an operations report

Use the Operations category in Reports v2 to track job throughput, crew utilization, response time, and SLA performance across your field operations. Five live reports are available.

Before you start

  • You need an Admin or Manager role to access Reports.
  • Navigate to Reports v2 in the left-hand navigation (under Management).

Steps

  1. Open Reports v2 from the navigation menu.
  2. Under Categories, select Operations. The category description reads: “Job throughput, response time, utilization, and SLA performance.”
  3. Choose the report you need:
    • Open Jobs — a live list of all jobs currently in an open state. This report is also pinned as a default favorite in the hub.
    • Crew Utilization — shows how efficiently your technicians are deployed against available hours. Also appears in the Recently Viewed section of the hub.
    • Additional reports in this category cover response time, schedule adherence, and SLA performance. One report is listed as “coming soon.”
  4. Apply date range or team/technician filters on the report page to focus on the period or crew segment you need.
  5. Review the metrics on screen.
  6. To export, use the export action on the report page. Operations reports support CSV export.

Result / verify

The selected report loads with data for your configured filters. The Open Jobs report shows a list of jobs that are currently active — useful for a daily dispatch check. The Crew Utilization report shows utilization rates per technician or team.

Troubleshooting

  • If Open Jobs shows an empty list but you expect active jobs, verify the date range includes today and that jobs are not in a “Done” or “Cancelled” status.
  • If Crew Utilization data looks incomplete, confirm that technicians have shift schedules configured in Settings → Shifts so that available hours can be calculated.
