Reports hub overview (Reports v2)

Servinix has two reporting surfaces. Understanding which one to use depends on what you need to measure.

Two reporting surfaces

Reports (/reports) is a GPS-focused page. It lists five fleet reports — Mileage, Trips, Packet History, Speeding Violations, and Alert Management — aimed at ops managers who need raw vehicle-telemetry data in CSV or PDF form. Reports v2 (/reports2) is the full cross-cutting hub. It covers every part of your field service business in one place: revenue, jobs, technicians, customers, estimates, marketing, fleet, inventory, and service agreements. This is where most managers and business owners will spend their reporting time.

What is in Reports v2

The hub opens with a description: “Browse every report your business has access to, and pin the ones you check often.” Reports are organized into nine categories:

Reports marked “coming soon” are visible in the category listings but not yet interactive.

Favorites and recently viewed

At the top of the hub, a Favorites section shows reports you have pinned for quick access. Out of the box, four reports are pinned as examples: Revenue Trend, AR Aging, Technician Scorecard, and Open Jobs. A Recently Viewed row below that tracks reports you have opened during recent sessions — for example, Job Profitability, Win Rate, Inquiries by Channel, Customer Lifetime Value, and Crew Utilization. Pin any report by opening it and using the pin or favorite action on that report’s page.

Requesting a custom report

If none of the built-in categories cover what you need, use the Request a custom report link at the top of the hub to submit a request to the Servinix team.
