Reports hub overview (Reports v2)
Servinix has two reporting surfaces. Understanding which one to use depends on what you need to measure. Two reporting surfaces
Reports (/reports) is a GPS-focused page. It lists five fleet reports — Mileage, Trips, Packet History, Speeding Violations, and Alert Management — aimed at ops managers who need raw vehicle-telemetry data in CSV or PDF form.
Reports v2 (/reports2) is the full cross-cutting hub. It covers every part of your field service business in one place: revenue, jobs, technicians, customers, estimates, marketing, fleet, inventory, and service agreements. This is where most managers and business owners will spend their reporting time.
What is in Reports v2
The hub opens with a description: “Browse every report your business has access to, and pin the ones you check often.” Reports are organized into nine categories:| Category | What it covers | Live reports |
