Download the Servinix app
Install Servinix Go on your iPhone or Android phone so you can receive job dispatches, complete work orders, and collect payment in the field.Before you start
- Each technician installs the app on their own phone. The admin does not need to install it.
- You need an active Servinix account. Ask your admin to invite you before you install.
- Minimum OS requirements: iOS 16 or later, Android 10 or later.
Install on iPhone (iOS)
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- In the search bar, type Servinix Go and tap Search.
- Locate the Servinix Go app in the results and tap Get.
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password when prompted.
- Wait for the download to complete, then tap Open.
Install on Android
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
- In the search bar, type Servinix Go and tap the search icon.
- Locate the Servinix Go app in the results and tap Install.
- Wait for the download to complete, then tap Open.
First launch and sign-in
- When the app opens, enter your Email and Password and tap Log In. See Signing in to Servinix for the full sign-in walkthrough.
- After login, the app guides you through an onboarding flow:
- Grant location permissions — Allow location access so the app can track your trips and show your position on the dispatch map. See Grant location and motion permissions.
- Enable notifications — Allow push notifications so dispatch can alert you to new or changed jobs. See Enable push notifications.
- Day preview — Review today’s schedule, then tap Start Day to go to the main app.
Result / verify
After completing the onboarding flow, you land on the main tabs at the bottom of the screen: Schedule, Jobs, and Me. Your assigned jobs for today appear in the Schedule tab.Troubleshooting
- Can’t find “Servinix Go” in search: Make sure you are searching the correct store for your region. The app may not be available in all countries — contact Servinix support if the listing does not appear.
- Login fails after install: Confirm with your admin that your account has been created and your email is correct. See Can’t sign in.
