Signing in to Servinix

Sign in to the Servinix web portal and the Servinix Go mobile app using your email address and password. This article walks through both sign-in flows.

Before you start

  • You need an email address and password set up by your account admin. If you do not have credentials, ask your administrator or see Invite a team member.
  • To sign in to the web portal, open a browser and go to web.servinix.com.
  • To sign in to the mobile app, install Servinix Go first — see Download the Servinix app.

Sign in to the web portal

  1. Go to web.servinix.com in your browser.
  2. Enter your email address and press Continue.
  3. Enter your password and press Log In.
  4. If your account is linked to more than one organization, a Select Account prompt appears. Tap the account name you want to work in.
After a successful login, you land on the Live fleet map.

Sign in to the Servinix Go mobile app

  1. Open the Servinix Go app on your phone.
  2. Enter your Email in the email field.
  3. Enter your Password in the password field. Tap the eye icon to show or hide what you are typing.
  4. Tap Log In.
  5. If you are linked to more than one organization, a Select Account sheet appears from the bottom of the screen. Tap the account name to continue.
After login, the app runs a short onboarding flow (location and notification permissions, then a preview of today’s schedule) before landing on the main tabs.

Result / verify

  • Portal: You see the Servinix navigation sidebar with Live, Inbox, Fleet, and other sections.
  • Mobile app: You see the main tabs — Schedule, Jobs, and Me — at the bottom of the screen.

Troubleshooting

  • Wrong password: Tap Forgot Password? on the login screen to receive a reset email.
  • Login failed on mobile: Check that your email is entered exactly as your admin set it up (no extra spaces). Make sure you have a network connection.
  • “Select Account” shows unexpected accounts: Contact your admin — your user profile may be linked to more than one tenant.
