Subscription plans overview

Servinix is built around three modules — Field Service Management (FSM), GPS Tracking, and AI CSR — that can be used together or independently. Your subscription determines which modules are active for your account and how many users and vehicles are covered.

How the plans work

Servinix plans are organized by module access. Every account starts with FSM, which covers scheduling, dispatch, jobs, quotes, invoicing, pricebook, customers, and the Inbox. GPS Tracking and AI CSR are add-on modules that can be enabled separately. FSM (included on all plans) The core field service module. Gives your team access to the portal and the Servinix Go mobile app for scheduling, job execution, invoicing, and customer communication. GPS Tracking (add-on) Adds the Fleet module: live vehicle tracking, trip history, driver behavior scoring, geofence management, diagnostics, and real-time alerts. Requires at least one DataLogger device. See Enable GPS Tracking. AI CSR — Maya (add-on) Adds the AI receptionist. Maya answers inbound calls 24/7, books jobs, handles transfers, and escalates to your team when needed. See Enable AI CSR.

Module entitlements and user access

Access to a module is controlled at two levels:
  1. Account entitlement — the module must be active on your subscription. If GPS Tracking is not in your plan, the Fleet nav item will not appear for anyone on your account.
  2. Role permissions — even when a module is active, individual users see only the screens their role allows. An admin can see everything; a technician typically sees their schedule, jobs, and inbox.
If a module tab is missing after login, check both levels. See Modules missing after login.

Viewing your current plan

Your active modules and subscription status are visible in the Servinix portal. To check:
  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Open the left navigation and look at which module sections are present (Live, Fleet, AI CSR). Their presence confirms those modules are active on your account.
  3. For billing details, go to Settings → Payments to see your connected Stripe account and payment method.
