Deactivate a user
Deactivating a user prevents them from signing in to Servinix without deleting their job history, time entries, or any records tied to their account. Use this when a team member leaves or no longer needs access.Before you start
- You need Admin access.
- Deactivation is reversible — you can reactivate a user from the same page.
- Completed jobs, invoices, and time entries belonging to a deactivated user are preserved.
Steps
- Go to Settings in the left navigation and select User.
- Find the user you want to deactivate using the Search by Name or Email… field or scroll through the list.
- Confirm the user’s current STATUS is Active.
- Click the action button in the ACTIONS column for that user’s row.
- Select the deactivate or disable option from the actions menu.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
