Connect and configure Stripe payments
Connect your Stripe account to Servinix so you can send payment links, collect card payments, and use Tap to Pay in the mobile app.Before you start
- You need an Owner or Admin role in Servinix to access Settings → Payments.
- You need an existing Stripe account, or you can create one during the onboarding flow. Stripe account creation is free.
- Have your business details (legal name, address, bank account) ready for the Stripe onboarding form.
Steps
Connect tab
- In the portal, go to Settings → Payments.
- On the Connect tab, click Connect.
- You are redirected to the Stripe onboarding flow. Follow the prompts to enter your business information, bank account, and identity verification details.
- If you started onboarding previously and did not finish, the button will read Continue onboarding instead of Connect. Click it to resume where you left off.
- Complete all required steps in Stripe’s onboarding wizard, then click Submit or Done in Stripe.
- Stripe redirects you back to the Servinix portal. The Connect tab will show your connected account status.
Payment Methods tab
- Still in Settings → Payments, click the Payment Methods tab.
- This tab shows the payment methods Stripe has on file for your account. Use it to confirm which card or bank account is active.

Result / verify
After completing Stripe onboarding:- The Connect tab shows your Stripe account as connected.
- Payment links can now be sent from invoices (Payments page → select invoice → send payment link).
- Tap to Pay becomes available in the Servinix Go mobile app for technicians on compatible devices.
