Update your payment method
Change the card or bank account used for your Servinix subscription from Settings → Payments.Before you start
- You need an Owner or Admin role to access Settings → Payments.
- Your Stripe account must be connected. If you have not connected Stripe yet, complete Connect and configure Stripe payments first.
- Have the new card or bank account details ready.
Steps
- In the portal, go to Settings → Payments.
- Click the Payment Methods tab.
- Review the payment methods currently on file.
- To add a new card or bank account, follow the on-screen prompt to add a payment method through Stripe’s secure form. Enter the card number, expiry, CVC, and billing address.
- If you have multiple payment methods, set the new one as the default by selecting it as the primary method.
- Remove any outdated or expired cards by selecting them and choosing the remove option.
Result / verify
After saving:- The Payment Methods tab reflects the new card or account.
- Your next billing cycle will charge the updated payment method.
- If your account was paused due to a failed payment, updating the payment method and completing a successful charge will restore full access.
