Update your payment method

Change the card or bank account used for your Servinix subscription from Settings → Payments.

Before you start

  • You need an Owner or Admin role to access Settings → Payments.
  • Your Stripe account must be connected. If you have not connected Stripe yet, complete Connect and configure Stripe payments first.
  • Have the new card or bank account details ready.

Steps

  1. In the portal, go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Click the Payment Methods tab.
  3. Review the payment methods currently on file.
  4. To add a new card or bank account, follow the on-screen prompt to add a payment method through Stripe’s secure form. Enter the card number, expiry, CVC, and billing address.
  5. If you have multiple payment methods, set the new one as the default by selecting it as the primary method.
  6. Remove any outdated or expired cards by selecting them and choosing the remove option.

Result / verify

After saving:
  • The Payment Methods tab reflects the new card or account.
  • Your next billing cycle will charge the updated payment method.
  • If your account was paused due to a failed payment, updating the payment method and completing a successful charge will restore full access.

Troubleshooting

Card declined. Verify the billing address matches what your bank has on file. Contact your card issuer if the problem persists after correcting the details. Payment method tab is empty after connecting Stripe. Refresh the page. Stripe may take a moment to sync newly added methods back to the Servinix portal.
