Cancel or downgrade your subscription
Remove an add-on module or cancel your Servinix account from the subscription settings. This article covers what happens to your data and how to proceed.Before you start
- Only the account Owner can cancel a subscription. Admins can downgrade add-on modules with appropriate role permissions.
- Cancellation and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period unless you request an immediate change with support.
- Export any reports, invoices, or data you need to retain before cancelling.
Downgrade: remove an add-on module
To remove GPS Tracking or AI CSR without cancelling your core FSM subscription:- Log in to the portal as the account Owner.
- Go to Settings → Payments.
- Contact Servinix support from within the portal to request a module removal. Use the Help & Support option or email support directly. A self-serve downgrade flow is not currently available in the portal UI.
- Support will confirm the change and the effective date (end of current billing period).
- GPS Tracking removal: Fleet data (trips, alerts, diagnostics) is retained on Servinix servers for 90 days after removal. Vehicle records remain in your account but the Live, Fleet, and Resources sections will no longer be accessible.
- AI CSR removal: Maya is deactivated immediately at the end of the billing period. Call history is retained for 90 days.
Cancel: close your account
- Log in to the portal as the account Owner.
- Go to Settings → Payments to confirm your next billing date.
- Contact Servinix support to initiate account cancellation. Provide your organization name and account email.
- Support will send a cancellation confirmation with the effective date.
- Portal access ends at the close of the billing period.
- Your customer records, invoices, and job history are retained on Servinix servers for 90 days, during which you can request a data export.
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
Result / verify
After a downgrade or cancellation is confirmed:- You receive an email confirmation from Servinix support.
- The removed module’s nav items disappear from the portal at the effective date.
- Billing charges stop after the current period ends.
