Configure branding and visual identity

Upload your company logo and set brand colors so that Servinix displays your identity consistently across the dispatch portal, customer invoices, mobile app, and customer portal.

Before you start

  • You need Admin access.
  • Prepare your logo file: PNG or JPG, suggested size 400 × 120 px, maximum 2 MB.
  • Note your primary and accent color hex codes if you have brand guidelines.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings in the left navigation and select Account & Branding.
  2. Scroll down to the IDENTITY & VISUALS section.
  3. Under Company Logo, click Upload Logo and select your logo file. The preview updates immediately.
  4. Under BRAND CUSTOMIZATION, set the Primary Color — this is the main theme color used for buttons and essential actions. Enter the hex code in the # field (for example, #C83A36) or click the color swatch to open the color picker.
  5. Set the Accent Color — used for secondary details and highlights. Enter the hex code in the # field (for example, #5F7285) or use the color picker.
  6. Click Save Changes at the top of the page.
For the customer portal, branding can be configured separately at Settings → Customer Portal → Branding. Enter a DISPLAY NAME, a LOGO URL (hosted image link), and pick a Primary color there. Empty fields on the customer portal inherit from your Account & Branding settings automatically.

Result / verify

After saving, open a new estimate or invoice PDF — your logo should appear in the header. The portal navigation and mobile app reflect the updated primary color on next load.

Troubleshooting

Logo does not appear — Check the file is under 2 MB and is a PNG or JPG. Reload the page after saving. Colors not updating in the portal — Do a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R / Cmd + Shift + R). Brand colors apply to new sessions.
