Reset your password
Use the forgot-password flow to receive a reset link by email, or change your current password if you are already signed in.Before you start
- You need access to the email address associated with your Servinix account.
- Password reset links expire after a short period; complete the process promptly after opening the email.
Reset a forgotten password (not signed in)
- Open the Servinix portal login page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- On the password screen, click Forgot password? (or the equivalent link shown below the password field).
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from Servinix. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- Click the reset link in the email. A page opens where you can enter and confirm a new password.
- Enter your new password in both fields and submit the form.
- Sign in with your new password.
