Reset your password

Use the forgot-password flow to receive a reset link by email, or change your current password if you are already signed in.

Before you start

  • You need access to the email address associated with your Servinix account.
  • Password reset links expire after a short period; complete the process promptly after opening the email.

Reset a forgotten password (not signed in)

  1. Open the Servinix portal login page.
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. On the password screen, click Forgot password? (or the equivalent link shown below the password field).
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Servinix. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  5. Click the reset link in the email. A page opens where you can enter and confirm a new password.
  6. Enter your new password in both fields and submit the form.
  7. Sign in with your new password.

Change your password (already signed in)

Password change from within the portal is handled through your account profile settings. If you do not see a dedicated “Change password” option, use the forgot-password flow above while signed out to set a new password.

Result / verify

After completing the reset, you can sign in to the portal and the Servinix Go mobile app using your new password. All existing sessions are invalidated when the password changes.

Troubleshooting

Reset email not received — Confirm the email address is correct, check spam, and wait two to three minutes before requesting another link. Each request invalidates the previous link. Link expired — Return to the login page and request a new reset link. Still can’t sign in — See Can’t sign in for additional steps including locked accounts.
