Update your profile

Keep your organization profile current so that legal business details appear correctly on estimates, invoices, and regulatory filings.

Before you start

You must have Admin access to edit organization settings. The Account & Branding page is only visible in the Settings navigation if you are logged in as an Admin.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings in the left navigation.
  2. Select Account & Branding. The page opens to the ORGANIZATION PROFILE section.
  3. Update the ORGANIZATION NAME* field with your trading name (for example, “Acme Fleet Solutions”).
  4. Optionally fill in SIC CODE (Standard Industrial Classification code), BUSINESS TYPE, and CONTRACTOR LICENSE # — the license number appears on estimate and invoice PDFs.
  5. Scroll to BUSINESS REGISTRATION DETAILS. These fields pre-fill the phone-number registration form for SMS texting. Fill in:
    • BUSINESS NAME — legal name on file with the IRS
    • COMPANY TYPE — Public, Private, Non-Profit, or Government
    • EIN (TAX ID) — 9-digit IRS Employer Identification Number (format: 12-3456789)
    • BUSINESS TYPE and INDUSTRY using the dropdowns
    • REGION OF OPERATION, WEBSITE URL, and SOCIAL MEDIA URL
  6. Complete the AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE section: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, TITLE, JOB POSITION, EMAIL, and PHONE (E.164 format, e.g. +1 (555) 000-0000).
  7. Enter your BUSINESS ADDRESS: STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE (2-letter code), and ZIP CODE.
  8. Click Save Changes at the top of the page.

Result / verify

A success confirmation appears. Estimate and invoice PDFs now reflect the updated organization name and contractor license number. Business registration fields are saved for future SMS registration pre-filling.

Troubleshooting

Save Changes is greyed out — Ensure the required ORGANIZATION NAME* field is not empty. EIN format rejected — Enter exactly 9 digits in the format 12-3456789 (two digits, hyphen, seven digits).
