View your daily schedule

Open the Schedule tab in the Servinix app to see all jobs assigned to you today, browse the week ahead, and check your weekly progress at a glance.

Before you start

  • You must be logged in to the Servinix app as a technician.
  • Jobs must have been assigned to you by your dispatcher. If the schedule is empty, contact your dispatcher or check that jobs are assigned to your account.

Steps

  1. Open the Servinix app and tap the Schedule tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. The screen loads a week summary card at the top showing your range label (e.g., “May 19 – 25”), with three stats: Jobs (completed/total), Estimates, and Outstanding balance.
  3. Below the summary card, the Week Strip displays a 7-day window centered on today. Each day shows the abbreviated day label (SUN–SAT), the date number, and a count badge showing how many jobs are scheduled on that day.
  4. Tap any day in the Week Strip to switch the job list below to that day. Today’s date is highlighted with a filled circle; the selected (non-today) day shows an outlined circle.
  5. The section header below the Week Strip shows the full date and a subtitle such as “3 jobs scheduled” or “No jobs scheduled”.
  6. Scroll down to see each job listed as a card. Each card shows:
    • Job title (service type)
    • Customer name and scheduled time
    • Service address
    • A traffic hint if one is available (e.g., “Traffic: 12 min delay”)
  7. To refresh the schedule, pull down on the job list. If the schedule fails to load, an error state appears with a Retry button.

Result / verify

The Week Strip shows dot counts on days that have jobs, today’s date is highlighted, and the job list beneath the Week Strip matches the jobs your dispatcher has assigned for the selected day. Tapping each day updates the list instantly.

Troubleshooting

Schedule shows “No jobs scheduled” but you expect jobs. Ask your dispatcher to confirm jobs are assigned to your user account and that the job date matches the date you selected in the Week Strip. “Schedule unavailable” error. Your device may be offline. Check your connection and tap Retry. If the problem persists, close and reopen the app.
