# View and manage fleet resources

> How to use the Resources page (/fleet/resources) to see all vehicles, trailers, and devices — health status, last ping, and device pairing.

# View and manage fleet resources

The Resources page gives you a single view of every vehicle, trailer, and telematics device in your fleet — including real-time health status and the time of the last data ping.

## Before you start

* You need an account with access to the Fleet module.
* Devices must be installed and paired to appear in the list.

## Steps

1. In the left navigation, click **Resources** (under Fleet).
2. The page opens at `Fleet > Resources`. Three summary tiles at the top show **TOTAL** tracked resources, **HEALTHY** (communicating within 24 hours), and **DEVICES DARK** (no ping for 24 hours or more).
3. Use the tabs — **Vehicles**, **Trailers**, and **Devices** — to filter the list by resource type.
4. Review the table columns: **RESOURCE**, **DRIVER**, **DEVICES**, **LAST PING**, and **HEALTH**.
   * **HEALTH** shows *Healthy* when the device has pinged within 24 hours, or *Dark* when it has not.
5. To add a new vehicle, click **Add Vehicle**.
6. To download the current list, click **Export**.
7. To load the latest data, click **Refresh**.

## Result / verify

After loading the page you should see all registered vehicles, trailers, and devices with their current health status. A vehicle marked **Healthy** means its paired device has communicated with Servinix in the last 24 hours. A vehicle marked **Dark** means no data has been received in 24 hours or more.

## Troubleshooting

* **A vehicle is missing from the list.** The vehicle has not been added yet. Click **Add Vehicle** to register it.
* **A vehicle shows Dark health.** Check that the DataLogger is powered on and seated correctly in the port. See [Device not reporting data](/gps-tracking/gps-troubleshooting/device-not-reporting).
* **A device shows as UNPAIRED.** The device exists in the system but has not been linked to a vehicle. Open the vehicle record and pair the device from there.
