# Order your DataLogger device

> Enroll in the Servinix Telematics Program so a Danlaw DataLogger device is fulfilled and shipped to your business, including order timeline and tracking.

# Order your DataLogger device

**Step 1 of 6 — Order your device**

Place a DataLogger order through Servinix so the device is configured, packaged, and shipped directly to you. Servinix routes all orders through the Danlaw fulfillment network, which handles device association, box building, and shipping on your behalf.

## Before you start

* You must be enrolled in the Servinix Telematics Program. Contact your Servinix account representative if you have not yet enrolled.
* Know how many vehicles you need to equip and which vehicle classes they fall into (light-duty Class 1–3, medium-duty Class 4–6, or heavy-duty Class 7–8). Vehicle class determines whether additional cables are required.
* Have a confirmed shipping address for the installation site.

## Steps

1. Contact your Servinix account representative or submit a device order request through the Servinix portal.
2. Specify the number of DataLogger devices you need — one per vehicle.
3. Tell your representative the class of each vehicle:
   * **Class 1–3 (light-duty):** no additional cable required; the device plugs directly into the OBDII port.
   * **Class 4–6 (medium-duty):** may require a 6-pin or 9-pin cable depending on the vehicle's port type.
   * **Class 7–8 (heavy-duty):** typically requires a 6-pin or 9-pin cable; port type depends on manufacturer and model year.
4. Confirm your shipping address.
5. Submit the order. Servinix forwards the order to the BitBrew Fulfillment API, which triggers Danlaw to process and ship the devices.

## Result / verify

You will receive an order confirmation from Servinix. Danlaw fulfills the order and provides all transaction details back to Servinix. Expect a shipping notification once Danlaw dispatches the package. Typical lead time varies by order size; ask your representative for current estimates.

## Troubleshooting

* **No order confirmation received:** Confirm your contact information is correct with your Servinix representative and check your spam folder.
* **Unsure which cable to request for a medium- or heavy-duty vehicle:** Inspect the vehicle's diagnostic port before ordering or consult the installation articles for port-type identification guidance.
