# Welcome to Servinix

> What Servinix is, who it's built for, and how the three modules—FSM, GPS Tracking, and AI CSR—fit together to run a complete service business operation.

# Welcome to Servinix

Servinix is a field service platform built for service businesses — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other trades — that need to schedule work, dispatch technicians, track their fleet, and handle customer calls, all in one place.

## What Servinix includes

Servinix is made up of three modules. You can use one, two, or all three depending on your subscription plan.

**Field Service Management (FSM)**
The core module. Use the web portal to schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, send estimates and invoices, and manage customers. Your technicians use the Servinix Go mobile app to accept jobs, complete tasks, capture signatures, and collect payment — all from the field.

**GPS Tracking**
Real-time fleet visibility. Each vehicle is fitted with a DataLogger device that sends live location, speed, trip history, and vehicle diagnostics back to the portal. You see every vehicle on the Fleet map and get alerts for speeding, geofence events, and driver behavior.

**AI CSR (Maya)**
An AI phone receptionist that answers inbound calls 24/7, books jobs, takes messages, and transfers calls to a live person when needed. Maya handles routine call volume so your team can stay focused on the job.
