# View and manage invoices

> Find a Servinix invoice, view line items, check payment status, and create new invoices from the portal Payments page to keep AR running smoothly.

# View and manage invoices

The Payments page in the portal lists all invoices for your account. Use it to check what is outstanding, what is overdue, and what has been paid, and to take action on individual invoices.

## Before you start

* Navigate to **Payments** in the left navigation. The page heading reads **Invoices — US — Invoice Management**.
* Stripe must be connected to send payment links or collect card payments. See [Connect and configure Stripe payments](/account-billing/subscription-and-billing/configure-stripe-payments).

## View the invoice summary

Four KPI cards at the top of the Invoices page show:

* **Outstanding** — total value of unpaid invoices.
* **Overdue** — total value of invoices past their due date.
* **Paid this month** — total collected in the current month.
* **Avg Days to Pay** — average time from invoice creation to payment over the last 90 days.

## Find an invoice

The invoice table shows each invoice with its number, status, customer name, job name, amount, due date, and creation date. To find a specific invoice:

* Sort columns by clicking the column header (the default sort is by **Created At**, descending).
* Use the **Status** filter to show only invoices in a particular state.
* Use the **Refresh** button to reload the list.

Invoice statuses include: **Draft**, **Outstanding**, **Overdue**, and **Paid**.

## Create a new invoice

1. Select **New Invoice** at the top of the page.
2. Fill in the customer, job, line items, and due date.
3. Save the invoice.

## Export the invoice list

Select **Export CSV** to download the current filtered list of invoices as a spreadsheet.

## Take action on an invoice

Open an invoice to view its line items and totals. From the invoice detail you can:

* Send a payment link to the customer.
* Record an offline (cash or check) payment.
* Mark the invoice as paid manually.

## Result / verify

Changes to invoice status — such as marking a payment received — are reflected immediately in the KPI cards and the invoice list.
