# Estimate pipeline overview

> The Servinix Estimates pipeline view—health dashboard, at-risk revenue, follow-up queue, and estimate status stages—so sales activity stays visible.

# Estimate pipeline overview

The Estimates page is your command center for quoting. It shows the health of your open pipeline, flags estimates that need attention, and organizes every estimate by its current status.

## Pipeline health metrics

Four KPI cards at the top of the page give you a quick read on the business:

* **Open Pipeline** — total dollar value across all active estimates.
* **At-Risk Revenue** — value of estimates expiring within 7 days.
* **Win Rate** — percentage of estimates won versus lost, with a week-over-week change indicator.
* **Avg Time-to-Win** — average days from estimate creation to acceptance, compared to last week.

## The "Needs Your Attention" queue

Below the KPIs, the page surfaces four action buckets:

| Bucket | What it shows | Action |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| **Expiring ≤7d** | Estimates that will expire soon | Send Reminders |
| **Needs follow-up** | Estimates awaiting a customer response | Bulk SMS Nudge (coming soon) |
| **Awaiting deposit** | Accepted estimates pending a deposit | Deposit chase (coming soon) |
| **Hot leads** | High-value estimates flagged for priority | Call Now |

## Estimate statuses

Every estimate moves through a defined set of statuses. The pipeline columns map directly to these stages:

**Drafts**

* **Draft** — created but not yet sent to the customer.
* **Modified** — a previously sent estimate that has been edited.

**With Customer**

* **Sent** — delivered to the customer by email or SMS.
* **Viewed** — the customer has opened the estimate link.

**Outcome**

* **Won** — the customer accepted the estimate.
* **Lost** — the customer declined.
* **Lost — Expired** — the estimate passed its expiry date with no response.

## Filtering the estimate list

Use the **All sources** filter to show estimates created manually or from a template. Toggle **Hide untitled \$0 drafts** to keep the list focused on real work in progress.
