# Run a technician scorecard

> View per-technician productivity, jobs completed, and estimate win-rate scorecards from the Servinix Reports hub to coach field crews and reward top performers.

# Run a technician scorecard

Use the Technician category in Reports v2 to measure per-technician productivity, win rates, and overall performance. Six live reports are available, including the Technician Scorecard pinned as a default favorite.

## Before you start

* You need an Admin or Manager role to access Reports.
* Navigate to **Reports v2** in the left-hand navigation (under Management).

## Steps

1. Open **Reports v2** from the navigation menu.
2. Under **Categories**, select **Technician**. The category description reads: "Per-tech productivity, win-rate, and scorecards."
3. Select **Technician Scorecard** to open the primary performance view. This report is also accessible directly from the **Favorites** section at the top of the hub.
4. If you want to compare a specific technician's output over a period, apply the date range or technician filter available on the report page.
5. Review the scorecard metrics on screen. The Technician category also includes reports covering individual win-rate and productivity breakdowns — select any report in the list to open it.
6. To export data for payroll or HR review, use the export action on the report page. Reports in this category support CSV export.

## Result / verify

The Technician Scorecard renders with a per-technician breakdown of productivity and win-rate metrics for your selected period. Each row in the scorecard corresponds to a technician on your team.

## Troubleshooting

* If a technician does not appear in the scorecard, verify that they have completed at least one job in the selected date range and that their account is active in Settings → Users.
* If the Technician category shows fewer reports than expected, your subscription plan may restrict access. Contact Servinix support.
