# Configure integrations

> Connect external platforms from Settings → Integrations: Email, Facebook Messenger, Google Business, QuickBooks and Xero accounting, and upcoming channels.

# Configure integrations

Connect external platforms to Servinix from Settings → Integrations to extend messaging, accounting, reviews, and calendar functionality.

## Before you start

* You must have an Admin role.
* Go to **Settings → Integrations**.

## Integration categories

The Integrations page groups connections into five categories:

| Category       | Integrations                                                        |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **MESSAGING**  | Email, Facebook Messenger, SMS (coming soon), Webchat (coming soon) |
| **REVIEWS**    | Google Business Profile                                             |
| **ACCOUNTING** | QuickBooks / Xero                                                   |
| **CALENDAR**   | Google Calendar (coming soon), Outlook (coming soon)                |
| **ANALYTICS**  | Google Analytics (coming soon)                                      |

## Steps

### Connect Email

1. Click the **Email** tile under **MESSAGING**.
2. Follow the connection wizard to link your business email address (e.g., `support@yourcompany.com`).
3. Once connected, the tile shows **Active** and the connected address.

### Connect Facebook Messenger

4. Click the **Facebook Messenger** tile under **MESSAGING**.
5. Authorize Servinix to access your Facebook Page.
6. Once connected, the tile shows **Active** and your Page name.

### Connect Google Business Profile

7. Click the **Google** tile under **REVIEWS**.
8. Sign in with the Google account that owns your Business Profile.
9. Once connected, the tile shows **Active** and your business name.

### Connect QuickBooks or Xero

10. Click the **QuickBooks / Xero** tile under **ACCOUNTING**.
11. Choose **QuickBooks Online**, **QuickBooks Desktop**, or **Xero** in the connection wizard.
12. Authorize the integration with your accounting credentials.
13. When connected, the tile status changes from **Needs Attention** to **Active**.

## Coming-soon integrations

The following are listed on the page but not yet configurable:

* **SMS** — Two-way SMS via connected numbers. Use Settings → Phone Numbers to set up Twilio in the meantime.
* **Webchat** — Embed a chat widget on your website.
* **Google Calendar** and **Outlook** — Two-way schedule sync.
* **Google Analytics** — Website and funnel analytics.

## Result / verify

* Active integrations show the **Active** badge and the connected account name.
* Email conversations appear in the Inbox.
* Facebook Messenger threads appear in the Inbox.
* Invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks or Xero.

## Troubleshooting

* **QuickBooks shows "Needs Attention"** — Re-open the tile and re-authorize. OAuth tokens expire periodically.
* **Email not showing conversations** — Confirm the email address is correctly authorized and check spam/filter rules in your email provider.
