# Configure groups

> How to create and manage resource groups from Settings → Groups. Groups organize vehicles and resources for easier management and reporting.

# Configure groups

Create vehicle groups to organize your fleet into operational units for easier management and reporting.

## Before you start

* You must have an Admin role.
* Go to **Settings → Groups**.

## Steps

### Create a group

1. Click **Add Groups**.
2. Enter a name for the group in the dialog that appears.
3. Save the group.

### Find an existing group

4. Use the **Search groups by name...** field to filter the groups list.

### Edit or delete a group

5. Locate the group in the list and use the **ACTIONS** column to edit or remove it.

### Export groups

6. Click **Export CSV** to download the full groups list as a spreadsheet.

## Result / verify

* The new group appears in the groups list.
* Vehicles or resources assigned to the group are reflected in fleet views and reports.

## Troubleshooting

* **No groups found** — The list is empty until you create at least one group. Click **Add Groups** to get started.
* **Exported CSV is empty** — No groups exist yet. Create groups first, then export.
