# Modules missing after login

> What to do when GPS Tracking or AI CSR tabs are missing after signing in to Servinix, including module activation, role permissions, and cache refresh.

# Modules missing after login

Use this article when a module you expect to see — GPS Tracking (Fleet, Live, Resources) or AI CSR — is absent from the portal navigation after you sign in.

## Why this happens

Module visibility is controlled at two independent levels:

1. **Account entitlement.** GPS Tracking and AI CSR are add-on modules. If your organization has not activated a module on its Servinix subscription, the corresponding nav items (Live, Fleet, Resources, AI CSR) will not appear for anyone on the account — regardless of role.

2. **Role permissions.** Even when a module is active, individual users only see the sections their role allows. A technician role typically grants access to schedule, jobs, and inbox. Dispatcher or Admin roles grant broader access. If your role does not include permissions for a module, its nav items are hidden from your account specifically.

3. **Wrong tenant selected at login.** If your email belongs to multiple Servinix organizations, signing into the wrong tenant will show that tenant's module set, which may be missing add-ons active on your primary account.

## Try this first

1. **Confirm you are signed into the correct account.** In the portal, check the organization name displayed in the left navigation (for example, "Servinix US"). If it is wrong, sign out and select the correct organization from the **Select Account** picker.

2. **Check with your account admin.** Ask an Admin or Owner user whether GPS Tracking or AI CSR appears in their portal navigation. If the admin can see the module but you cannot, the issue is with your role permissions — not the account entitlement.

3. **Check your role permissions.** Admins can review and adjust role settings at **Settings → Roles**. If the role assigned to your account does not include access to Fleet or AI CSR screens, an admin can add those permissions. ## If that didn't work

* **The module is missing for all users including admins.** The module is not active on the account subscription. Contact Servinix support to enable GPS Tracking ([Enable GPS Tracking](/get-started/choose-your-modules/enable-gps-tracking)) or AI CSR ([Enable AI CSR](/get-started/choose-your-modules/enable-ai-csr)).
* **The module nav item appears but the page is blank or shows an error.** This is not a missing-module issue — check the relevant module's troubleshooting articles or contact Servinix support.
* **You are on the mobile app and tabs are missing.** The Servinix Go app shows tabs based on your role (technician vs. dispatcher). Portal-only modules like Fleet and AI CSR are not present in the mobile app tab bar by design. Use the portal for those modules.
